About Us
We are a North -West based company, predominantly working in the Blackpool area and extending to Windermere and the Lake District working on both Commercial and Residential projects of all size.
With over 20 years of experience in industry, specialising in the Project Management and Delivery of Bathroom and Wet Room refurbishments, conversions and adaptations. More recently we have also branched out into installing Smart Toilets in Bathroom's and Wet Room's.
Our Lake District works have been larger refurbishments of high-end luxury lodges on Lake Windermere. New Era have managed the works from planning through to completion.

The relevance of smart technology extends to all target groups and project sizes.
Our employees regularly undertake new training and have recently worked along side Geberit Group who is a the European leader in the field of sanitary products to include Smart Toilets into our new projects.
Lake District Lodge Refurbishments
New Era work alongside a client team to design each lodge's transformation.
Each Lodge consists of a full rip out and each existing item is replaced to a high standard.
Any equipment, parts or materials are sourced from local Blackpool suppliers to ensure close supplier relationships are maintained even when working out of the area.
Our Team plan the scope and all works are managed through New Era.
Disabled Facilities Grants
New Era (NW) Ltd have undertaken many bathroom improvements in both the minor adaptations and major adaptations category after an individual has been awarded a home improvements grant from Occupational Health or our Local Councils.
New Era has previously undertaken many contracts where vulnerable or disabled people may be present in homes and have extensive experience and training in how to provide a safe service.
All employees hold DBS clearance and are up to date on Safe Guarding and GDPR Qualifications.
Gisbon Shop Refurb
Full rip out of existing shop area to create a blank canvas.
Bespoke shop furniture designed and made to specification along with wood work, tiling and additional features to compliment and portray a traditional 'Lake District' look.
